Long Island is a bachelorette destination that doesn’t need flights: North Fork wine country by day, the Hamptons or Manhattan by night, and a party Sprinter or bus that keeps the group together, decorated and safely chauffeured from the first stop to the last. How much does a bachelorette party bus cost on Long Island?

Itinerary 1: North Fork wine tour (6–7 hours)
This is the most popular Long Island bachelorette. A typical day looks like this:
- 10:30 a.m.: Pickup in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens or Brooklyn (from Manhattan, allow extra time).
- 12:00 p.m.: First winery in Mattituck or Cutchogue.
- 1:15 p.m.: Lunch, for example on Love Lane in Mattituck, then a second tasting.
- 2:45 p.m.: Third winery in Peconic, ideally one with a lawn or outdoor seating.
- 4:00 p.m.: A sparkling-wine finish in Southold and the group photo.
- 5:00 p.m.: Head home, or drop off at a Greenport hotel for the night.

Itinerary 2: Manhattan night out (5–6 hours)
- 6:00 p.m.: Pickup on Long Island, with lighting set to the bride’s color and the playlist on.
- 7:15 p.m.: Group dinner in the West Village or Meatpacking District (book well ahead for 10+).
- 9:30 p.m.: A rooftop bar, then a club or a comedy show.
- 12:30 a.m.: The chauffeur is at the curb, so nobody has to split up into rideshares.
- 1:30 a.m.: Drop-offs back on Long Island.
Itinerary 3: Hamptons day (about 8 hours)

Decorating the bus
- Usually fine: balloons, banners, sashes, tiaras, matching shirts, lighting to match your theme, and a Bluetooth playlist.
- Not allowed: confetti, glitter, silly string, candles or anything adhesive on the interior.

Ask us about the drinks policy for the vehicle you’re booking. Where it’s allowed, it’s for passengers 21 and over only, cans or plastic (no glass), and nothing leaves the vehicle at stops. Winery tastings are the winery’s call, so follow their rules on site.
Maid of honor planning checklist
- 8–10 weeks out: pick the date, count the group and book the vehicle.
- 6 weeks out: make winery or restaurant reservations for your group size.
- 2 weeks out: send us the pickup order and addresses, playlist and lighting color.
- 1 week out: confirm final numbers and settle the balance.
- Day before: reconfirm pickup time and the chauffeur’s contact details with us.
Frequently asked questions
Can we get picked up in Manhattan and go to the North Fork?
Yes. Allow extra hours, as the drive from Manhattan to the North Fork is roughly 1 h 45 m to 2 h each way, and more in summer traffic.
Is there a bathroom on board?
Not on party Sprinters. Plan the route so wineries, restaurants and bars are your comfort stops, and ask us about larger vehicles if it matters to your group.
What if someone is running late at pickup?
The chauffeur will wait, but late starts use up booked time. Tell us about any timing concerns in advance so we can plan the pickup order.
Can we drink on the bus?
Ask us about the on-board drinks policy for the vehicle you’re booking. Where it’s allowed, it’s 21+ only, no glass, and nothing leaves the vehicle at stops.
